The Card Site team is at the forefront of Capital One's largest business, helping potential customers who are looking for a credit card find the right one and apply. The team is responsible for keeping all pages up to date and for optimizing the website to help it better meet customer and business needs. Card Site is one of the largest practitioners of rapid test-and-learn methodology within Capital One and a major driver of acquisitions growth.

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager on our Card Site Team , you will be platform focused and responsible for building new capabilities, real-time data infrastructure and designing architecture to support the future of Card Site. If you’re interested in new technology, enabling personalized experiences, and have the ability and drive to navigate through complex problems and white space, this role might be for you.
