Audit​/Compliance Analyst IV; Lead

📍 Lynchburg or Richmond, VA (Hybrid – Tues/Wed onsite preferred | Open to Remote)

Alphanumeric is seeking an experienced Service Now IRM / GRC professional to support enterprise governance initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.

This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role responsible for managing controls, aligning policies to assets, and supporting governance maturity inside Service Now IRM.

If you are comfortable operating directly within the GRC modules of Service Now and enjoy structured control environments, this role offers strong ownership and visibility.

• Manage and maintain control records within Service Now IRM/GRC
• Map defined policies and controls to enterprise assets (applications, systems, and business units)
• Partner with application owners to validate control applicability and support attestations
• Align controls to security frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOX, etc.)
• Support rollout of governance processes across the enterprise
• Coordinate evidence collection and testing workflows within Service Now
• Manage compliance-related ticketing and workflow queues
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support audit and leadership visibility
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across GRC operations

This role requires independent execution, strong organization, and the ability to scale governance processes across a distributed environment.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working within Service Now IRM/GRC modules
• Experience managing control libraries and mapping controls to frameworks
• Experience working with application or asset owners to scope and validate controls
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST 800‑53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOX)
• Experience supporting audits in a regulated industry (financial services or insurance preferred)
• Comfort operating in Service Now ITSM ticketing workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally

• Certifications:
  
  Security+, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGRC, PMP
• Experience with in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated environments
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide governance rollouts
