Remote. Our client is advancing customer service technology and requires a Technical Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple engineering teams. The role emphasizes structured planning, hybrid methodologies, and risk management to ensure predictable outcomes and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams of approximately 25 members each to plan and execute software projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans from scratch using Smartsheet or comparable tools.
- Define and manage project milestones to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks to protect timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts through clear communication and negotiation.
- Operate within a hybrid framework that combines Waterfall and Agile, coordinating Scrum teams that primarily use Jira.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
- 5 to 8 years of project management experience in a software development environment.
- Proven ability to ramp up quickly and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience working within a Project Management Office or similar structure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
