Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Software Engineer (Mulesoft) to support our client in the financial services industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to support the alignment of Salesforce and related systems with business strategies, driving impactful solutions and enhancements that maximize business and user value. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements- College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, management information systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience
- Deep understanding of Mulesoft, Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud , and integrations
- Strong IT background with knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a collaborative, customer-centric environment
- Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing Salesforce user access and profiles
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with strong critical thinking and process re-engineering skills
- Serve as the Mulesoft subject matter expert, translating business requirements into technical specifications for new features, integrations, and system upgrades
- Lead efforts to optimize Salesforce functionality, including automation, workflows, and data integrity
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain Salesforce design documentation, including data flow diagrams, workflows, and integration maps
- Provide systems analysis focused on Salesforce, including gap identification and operational process mapping
- Ensure proper controls and security measures are embedded in Salesforce designs and workflows
- Perform troubleshooting and triage for Salesforce-related incidents in alignment with established problem and incident management processes
- Actively participate in and lead system and unit testing for Salesforce modifications and new features, including post-implementation support
The base pay range for this position is $50 - $70/hr W2
, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
