Middleware Consultant for NIS ESB Admin Engineer team – critical initiative moving on‑prem ESB to AWS Gov cloud, building and supporting ESB on 4 platforms (on‑prem, CFS2, CFS1 and HRCE). The role involves administering large‑scale IBM ACE (Application Connect Enterprise) infrastructures in On‑Prem and AWS environments.

• Deploy new technologies and design, install, configure, maintain, and test PC/server operating systems, related utilities, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot server problems as reported by users.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software and hardware products.
• Support Web access and electronic messaging services and maintain a secure systems environment.
• Provide hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, install new servers, and maintain the server infrastructure.

• Build IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform, Python, and Shell scripting.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large‑scale IBM ACE (IIB) infrastructures in AWS and on‑premises environments.
• 3+ years of experience with IBM MQ.
• Analyze and tune IBM ACE performance, including logs and memory management.
• Implement IBM ACE certificate management.
• Design disaster strategies with region failover and site failover.
• Manage IBM ACE in Linux and AIX environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Terraform.
