Onboarding Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Onboarding Specialist based in Richmond, VA, with the flexibility of a hybrid working environment. The Onboarding Specialist will guide new clients through the implementation and adoption of Amino Cloud's software suite. Responsibilities include designing onboarding processes, conducting client training sessions, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting any onboarding challenges. The role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

• Clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to develop trusting relationships and effectively assist clients
• Proficiency in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new users
• Analytical Skills to identify and resolve implementation challenges and optimize onboarding experiences
• Experience in delivering client training and support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with relevant software or technology platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Spanish language proficiency a must
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods of time
