The LAN Administrator will provide workstation support, field support, and desktop administration services. This role requires a local candidate within 50 miles of Richmond, Virginia, and involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining client workstations, imaging systems, and software applications. The position includes an on‑call rotation and requires strong customer service skills.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer issues, including imaging via SCCM and handling large volumes of imaging requests.
• Resolve imaging issues for PCs, laptops, tough books, tablets, and other devices.
• Configure and test client workstations for VPN access using secure token identification.
• Install and configure core applications and operating systems for client needs.
• Establish internet accessibility, TCP/IP addresses, and internal/external email accounts.
• Support various connectivity requirements, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• Provide support for cell phones, iPads, HP and OCE printers/plotters.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clients.
• Increase productivity and minimize downtime by supporting company software, operating systems, workstations, and network connectivity.
• Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with the team.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician/Administrator.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Office
  365 products, Outlook, Teams, and One Drive.
• Experience configuring and testing client workstations for VPN access using secure token identification.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to address client issues with urgency.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to interface with a wide variety of clients and respond to multiple customer requests.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency (Required).
• Preference for candidates with experience as a LAN administrator in a regulated industry.

Pay Range: $25- $27 W2
