AI/ML Solution ArchitectSpecialist I - ML Engineering

The Role

This role leads the development and maintenance of large, enterprise-wide application systems, supporting key projects for the client s member platform.

The Opportunity
  • The role maintains active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements. This includes leading requirements gathering meetings and reviewing design proposals with the business to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Anticipating broad technical changes, the position ensures that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Responsibilities include prioritizing projects and making informed trade-offs concerning enterprise systems changes, always considering the broader business objectives.
  • Lead technology evaluation and participate in proof-of-concept projects to enable innovative solutions.
  • The role owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and communication across departments.

What You Need
  • A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with at least N years of relevant experience. Candidates should have expertise in multi-dimensional platforms and both business and technical applications, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience mentoring others, drive teams to achieve results, lead multiple or large projects and provide hands-on development and troubleshooting supports strongly preferred.
  • Multi-database and multi-language experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in object-oriented design, EKS container platform and public cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience in architecture, designing and hands-on development of a large web-based application using Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular

    JS, NodeJS, Java, CSS, HTML).
  • Experience in architecture and designing large mobile applications in React Native.
  • Experience in design and architecture of micro-services based APIs and Service Mesh.
  • Experience in developing AI Agentic conversational chatbot and Agentic Process Automation (APA); experience in Machine Learning such as recommendation engines and hyper-personalization.
  • Strong knowledge in Python development.
  • Experience in implementing and leading adoption of modern Dev Ops process automation using tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonar Qube and Checkmarx.
  • Experience in SAFe Agile practice for software development and knowledge in Agile tools such as JIRA and Agilecraft.
  • Experience in test automation practices and tools such as qTest, WebDriver

    IO, Lambda Test.
  • Experience in implementing instrumentation and monitoring of large systems with tools like Splunk, Data Dog, Instana, etc.
  • Experience in vibe coding with modern IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Git Hub Copilot) with AI agent is strongly preferred. Experience AI First SDLC with end-to-end development process automation is a plus.
Compensation and Location

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $122,000-$183,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
