Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA

Programming support for Fuels Projects.

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience using .Net Programming Skills (please ensure clear on resume when and when last used).
• Knowledge of database structures and management systems – high preference for candidates with experience in large, regulated industry environments.
• Minimum of 4 years in seat as a System Analyst.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

• Ability to maintain composure in high intensity situations.

• System Analysis and Design:
  Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions.
• Software Development:
  Write, test, and debug programs, ensuring they meet specifications and are functional.
• System Maintenance and Support:
  Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, other developers, and IT teams, to understand needs and explain technical concepts.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user manuals and system design documents.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications.

• Degree(s) related to computer science.

• 4 years of directly related experience.

• Financial.
