Perform administration, problem resolution, and performance tuning of the server and network infrastructure components of hosting environments. These run a wide variety of client-server and Web-based applications under several major operating system vendor architectures, for both production and non-production use.

Platform technologies include Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server and VMware, using IIS, Apache, Web Logic, Tomcat, and Sitecore, all underpinned by Oracle and MS SQL Server, and employing Cisco network infrastructure equipment to provide both intranet and Internet connectivity.
