IT Help Desk Coordinator

Our IT team (lovingly called the pIT Crew) plays a critical role in keeping people connected, productive, and supported across our six global offices—and we’re looking for a Richmond-based IT Help Desk Coordinator who takes pride in making things work (and fixing them when they don’t).

What you’ll be doing:

No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including:

• Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware, software, and applications, using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team.
• Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement.
• Setting up new employee workstations, including hardware, operating systems, software, and cabling.
• Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate and up to date.
• Supporting IT asset inventory, training materials, and vendor coordination.

About you:

You’re someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and takes satisfaction in creative problem solving.
• Has a high school diploma or GED (required). An associate’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
• Has 0–1 year of experience in corporate IT or a service desk environment.
• Is familiar with issue-tracking systems and IT support workflows.
• Holds certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+, preferably.
• Is organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
