Overview
Job Title: ERP Applications Analyst (Senior)
Duration: 3 Months with a strong possibility of extension
Shift: Morning Shift
Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour
Responsibilities- Lead analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of ERP solutions within HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Serve as subject matter expert and primary liaison for assigned ERP workstream.
- Develop system configurations, process designs, reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend effective technology solutions.
- Perform data reconciliations and audits to maintain system integrity.
- Research integration failures, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate findings.
- Lead system testing, regression testing, and bi-annual ERP release implementations.
- Support system upgrades and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements.
- Assist with post–go-live support and provide tier-2 user assistance.
- Support change management strategies and user training initiatives.
- Collaborate with ERP user groups and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and determine solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within assigned workstream.
- Experience in process improvement and ERP project implementation.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with inclusive leadership behaviors.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with Workday implementation methodology and training practices.
