Role:
Blue Yonder WMS Technical Specialist Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience in BY WMS application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. This role should demonstrate broad technical proficiency within BY WMS.
Key Responsibilities:- Support technical configuration, development, and maintenance of BY WMS modules.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinating fixes across IT and operations teams.
- Work with integration, interface failures, and data validation workflows.
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and help validate interface data flows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts.
- Assist in deployment activities and ensure smooth migration across environments.
- Collaborate with functional and operational teams to ensure alignment between system behavior and business processes.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
- Strong technical proficiency in BY WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of APIs, interfaces, and WMS data models.
- Proficiency in SQL for queries, data validation, and issue analysis.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Good hands-on experience in Jasper Reports, Zebra Label Creation/Configuration
- Good hands-on experience in BY Integrator (inbound, outbound)
- Data migration Experience from legacy WMS to BY WMS
- Experience in large warehouse or distribution centre operations.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
- Prior involvement in implementation or upgrading projects.
