Role: BY WMS Technical Specialist

Background and Meet and Greet: MANDATORY

We are seeking a highly technical resource with strong experience in BY WMS application development, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration support. This role should demonstrate broad technical proficiency within BY WMS.

• Support technical configuration, development, and maintenance of BY WMS modules.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate fixes across IT and operations teams.
• Work with integration, interface failures, and data validation workflows.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and help validate interface data flows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts.
• Assist in deployment activities and ensure smooth migration across environments.
• Collaborate with functional and operational teams to ensure alignment between system behavior and business processes.

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
• Strong technical proficiency in BY WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of APIs, interfaces, and WMS data models.
• Proficiency in SQL for queries, data validation, and issue analysis.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Good hands‑on experience in Jasper Reports, Zebra Label Creation/Configuration.
• Good hands‑on experience in BY Integrator (inbound, outbound).
• Data migration experience from legacy WMS to BY WMS.

• Experience in large warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• Prior involvement in implementation or upgrading projects.
