Manager End User Services

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on End-User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead enterprise desktop infrastructure and virtual workspace environments in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare setting. This leadership role will oversee end-user technology platforms including Citrix, SCCM, VDI, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools
, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and exceptional user experience across the organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong IT leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving modernization initiatives, and presenting technical strategy to executive leadership including C-level stakeholders.

• Lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of:
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Office 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, licensing management)
• Manage and mentor end-user computing engineers and support teams
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps to improve performance, scalability, and security
• Align EUC strategy with business and operational objectives
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing compliance, and cost optimization
• Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise end-user platforms
• Present technical strategy, KPIs, and system performance updates to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across desktop engineering and digital workplace services

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop engineering, or end-user computing
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Citrix administration
• Experience managing enterprise desktop and collaboration platforms
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership (C-level, VP)
• Experience developing technical roadmaps and leading infrastructure modernization efforts
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of licensing management and vendor oversight
