Technical AI Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical AI Coordinator. This person will support cross‑functional alignment between three core groups involved in AI initiatives. This role must come from a technology background and will be responsible for coordinating communication, managing shared AI resources, and standing up and maintaining internal knowledge‑sharing platforms (blog and wiki). We can pay $20-30/hour during this contract.

• Provide coordination support across the three primary AI teams, ensuring communication, updates, and workflow alignment.
• Act as a technology‑rooted coordinator responsible for organizing and enabling AI‑related work across groups.
• Bring a technical background to effectively understand, translate, and help support AI‑focused initiatives originating from the tech organization.
• Stand up new internal AI knowledge‑sharing formats, including blog and wiki environments.
• Maintain, manage, and update these knowledge platforms to ensure accuracy, usability, and ongoing engagement.
