As IT ACE, you’ll shape the circuit’s technology roadmap, modernize systems, and lead a high-performing team that supports stakeholders across the organization.   • A secure, future-ready IT strategy aligned with mission and agency requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the region’s IT thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Mentor and develop a collaborative, forward‑thinking, and distributed IT team
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, employee‑driven solutions, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a significant leadership role
  • Proven success managing remote and distributed teams and collaborating across departments
  • Experience leading complex projects and initiatives with demonstrated successful results
  • Ability to translate emerging technology into secure, practical business solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex technology in clear, easy to understand terms
  • A reputation for professionalism, integrity, diplomacy, sound judgment, and delivering excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Experience working in a legal or court environment, particularly in a federal or state court
  • Familiarity with courtroom technology and CM/ECF
