• Design and implement enterprise SharePoint Online and hybrid solutions aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements
• Define architectural standards, best practices, and patterns for SharePoint, .NET, and Azure integrations
• Lead technical decision‑making across collaboration, content management, and workflow platforms

• Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API)
• Design and oversee SPFx solutions, custom web parts, extensions, and integrations
• Integrate SharePoint with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, APIs)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable

• Design cloud‑native and hybrid architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code
• Monitor and optimise solution performance, availability, and cost in Azure

• Implement Microsoft Purview for data classification, retention, eDiscovery, and information protection
• Define governance frameworks for content lifecycle management, security, and compliance
• Partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
• Mentor developers and engineers on SharePoint, .NET, and Azure best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps

• 8+ years of experience with SharePoint (Online and/or Hybrid) architecture and development
• Strong .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs)
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture
• Experience implementing Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
• Expertise with SPFx, Power Platform integrations, and Microsoft 365 services
• Strong understanding of security, identity (Azure AD), and enterprise governance models

• Experience in a consulting or enterprise environment supporting multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integrations
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer)
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
• Experience with large‑scale migrations and modernization initiatives
