Product Management – Consumer Intelligence

Capital One’s Consumer Intelligence (CI) team within the Strategy Group is focused on measuring and improving customer experience through data and technology. The Product Management role manages the Voice of Customer (VoC) product portfolio, drives product enhancements, and partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

• Own and prioritize the VoC product roadmap, delivering features that drive measurable business results.
• Partner with technology, design and data teams to translate customer insights into actionable product stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle: requirements, UAT, launch, post‑launch validation and documentation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Use data analytics to validate product impact, identify data issues and recommend enhancements to data visualization strategies.
• Communicate product vision, status and impact to senior stakeholders, driving alignment and influence across teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science or software engineering.
• Strong customer focus, analytical mindset and ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

• Experience in an agile product management role with a deep understanding of customer experience platforms.
• Background in data analytics, user experience design or engineering to drive data‑driven product decisions.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Computer Science or Engineering) is a plus.
