MaxPro Administrator

Overview

Join CGL Facility Management, a leader in justice facility solutions! We are seeking a Max Pro Administrator to oversee Honeywell Max Pro VMS and NVR systems. Your role will involve system maintenance, user access management, and asset inventory oversight.

• Administer and support Max Pro VMS/NVR systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Manage IT asset inventory using Asset Panda Documents and develop asset management procedures
• Collaborate with IT teams for hardware/software deployment

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of technical support/administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
