You Are:

A Digital Product Manager who will lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver user‑centric solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and a deep commitment to enhancing the user experience.

The Opportunity:
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products based on market trends, user insights, and business goals.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives using data‑driven decision‑making and stakeholder input.
  • Align product strategy with organizational goals and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality products.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Translate product ideas into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post‑launch analysis.
  • Oversee agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze behavior to inform product decisions. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to shape product strategy.
What you need:
  • At least 10 years in product management in the healthcare domain.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Aha!).
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

    Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company‑paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑and‑long‑term disability benefits.
