BV is a full-stack digital marketing agency serving fast-growing brands in sports betting, cannabis, and psychedelics. We help founders and operators build winning digital ecosystems—from websites and SEO to influencer campaigns and content.

Digital Marketing Generalist who can flex across disciplines—with an emphasis on web design, content, and campaign execution. This is a contractor role with room to grow fast. You’ll wear many hats—supporting everything from social media and influencer marketing to website updates and email flows. Web comfort is important, but this isn’t just a dev job—it’s a true generalist role for someone who wants to touch multiple parts of digital marketing and learn along the way.

• Design, manage, and update websites using Word Press, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Assist with SEO-driven content publishing and site structure
• Create visual assets using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Edit short-form video content for social and web (Cap Cut or similar)
• Support the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns
• Help coordinate influencer outreach and social content distribution
• Write and schedule social media posts across platforms
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate directly with BV’s founder and marketing team on client work

• A digital native with a solid foundation in web design, and a strong interest in all things marketing
• Comfortable jumping between creative, technical, and strategic tasks
• Organized, reliable, and an excellent communicator
• Based in Richmond, VA (preferred for hybrid, 2–3 days/week), but open to remote for the right person
• College graduate or current student close to graduating, with a portfolio or sample work

• Sports knowledge or interest in the sports betting industry
• Prior experience at an agency or startup
• Knowledge of email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), Meta Ads, or analytics tools
• Experience writing content or managing blog platforms
• Familiarity with influencers, content creators, and brand partnerships

• You’ll work across exciting, fast-moving industries
• You’ll get mentorship and direct exposure to real client work
• You’ll learn how to use the newest AI + marketing tools
• You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and a clear path to grow with the company
• You won’t be stuck in one lane—this role evolves with you
