Overview

The Master Scheduler / Project Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading an integrated project schedule across multiple technical work streams. This role oversees coordination between FAS and MES modules, manages ISS-related tasks, and ensures successful execution of system interfaces, integration activities, and end‑to‑end testing. The Master Scheduler / Project Manager provides cross-functional leadership, drives schedule accountability, and ensures project milestones are clearly defined, communicated, and met.

This position can pay 60-70/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience building, managing, and maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple work streams.
  • Hands-on experience supporting system integrations, specifically overseeing FAS integration with MES modules.
  • Strong knowledge of interfaces, integration workflows, and the ability to support end‑to‑end testing activities.
  • Ability to manage and track ISS-related tasks, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera.
  • Solid understanding of IT or manufacturing system environments, including MES or related systems.
  • Strong analytical and risk‑management abilities to identify schedule dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Active PMP is required.
