Position Overview
The Organization Effectiveness (OE)
Enablement Lead plays a central role in shaping how the OE center of excellence operates, learns, and delivers value. As a core partner to OE Enablement leadership, this role helps maintain, influence, and continuously improve the systems, tools, and enablement experiences that underpin Organization Effectiveness’s impact across Autodesk.
This role maneuvers within the Organization Effectiveness team, partnering closely with internal leadership and OE Partners to ensure knowledge, methodologies, and operational infrastructure are organized, accessible, and built for scale. The OE Enablement Lead contributes to the development and continuance of OE’s operating model, maintains key knowledge assets, strengthens procurement and contingent worker processes, and supports the enablement experiences that help OE and its partners work effectively.
To be successful, the OE Enablement Lead applies systems thinking, demonstrates operational excellence, and employs a constructive approach, taking satisfaction in enhancing efficiency. The role combines attention to detail with the ability to see patterns and opportunities, helping Organization Effectiveness remain a high-performing, insight-driven, and well-coordinated practice.
This position will report to the OE Enablement Manager and can be 100% remote, based in the U.S. or Canada.
ResponsibilitiesSupport production and deliveryworkflowsaccording tothe OEEnablement
Roadmap, working across internal and externalenablementaudiencesSupport maintenance ofOE’s shared systems (SharePoint,Airtable, Slack, etc.) including document organization,taxonomy, version control, permissions, and governance
Support
OE internalteamoperating mechanisms, including maintenance of shared calendars &SOPs,intentional gatherings (team events), meeting hygiene, etc.Provide procurement& contingent worker process support, including contract documentationandlifecycle management,onboarding/offboarding (e.g., devices, access, collateral);act as a liaison with relevant teams
Collaborate withpeerpartners across People & Places(PPL) organization at Autodeskto ensure consistent, aligned practices and smooth supporting workflows
Identifyandpropose
AI-enabled opportunities to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance OE’s operational efficiency.
3-6+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR operations, knowledge management, program management,enablementsupport, or related roles
Strong operational and systems skills, especially in managing complex information, shared libraries, and workflows
Experience with platforms such as SharePoint,Airtable, and related content/knowledge management tools
Demonstrated ability to organize, structure, and simplify complex information
Strong project management and coordination capability; able to move multiple work streams forward in parallel
Service mindset with strong relationship-building skills; comfortable partnering across levels and functions
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring order, structure, and clarity to evolving environments
