Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of Splash

BI (their oracle EBS system) reporting and analytics solutions. This role will act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders (IT, Finance, Budget, Purchasing, HR, DCAO staff) and the Splash

BI technical team. The Business Analyst will ensure reporting requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with data governance standards. Responsibilities include facilitating requirements gathering, managing project governance, supporting data validation, coordinating user acceptance testing, and driving adoption through effective communication and change management. The pay rate for this role ranges from $38 - $45/hr.

• 6+ years experience in Business Analysis within enterprise reporting or BI implementation projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to document business requirements (BRDs, use cases, process maps) and translate them into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, including data validation and dependency tracking.
• Project coordination experience, including issue tracking, change management, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics concepts, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Ability to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, scripting, and issue resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain structured documentation and deliverables. Familiarity with Splash
  
  BI or similar BI/reporting platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems and related data sources (finance, HR, procurement).
• Background in public sector or municipal government projects.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and end‑user training development.
• Understanding of data integration and reconciliation processes.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP).
