The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 yr/. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
POSITION SUMMARYProvides SaaS general level application support in delivery of inventory management, contract management, technology implementations, data analytics and stewardship, application testing as well as other client related services. Works on projects and project-related initiatives as assigned by leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Support for multiple SaaS applications, including QSight, IPM, QBOM, PANDAC, and Surgitrack. Responds to users who reach out to the Customer Support Team through various channels such as application to ticket, email to ticket, and phone calls. Troubleshoots and documents application and interfacing issues. Escalates issues to various IT partners for resolution when necessary. Provides users with timely updates on ticket status from inception to resolution.
Analyze and prepare customer data files for upload. Files may pertain to Pre-Implementation and Post-Implementation data. Reviews interface specification documents to help users understand and fix data related issues. Completes projects within specific deadlines.
Reviews manufacturer data files, make edits to existing database products when appropriate, and prepares new products for upload to product databases according to design specification. Work with users and third-party vendors to create large product data files.
Provide application overviews and training to internal and external customers from time to time.
Provide as needed implementation support for new customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business information systems, technical application support or related field.
Two or more years of experience in systems support and project management.
Three or more years of experience in customer support or technology support is required.
Or any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements.
Healthcare supply chain management experience preferred.
Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce customer relationship management tool preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management, consulting principles and practices
Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite.
