The Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) is seeking a Project Manager for the implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). SVRS is a statewide voter registration and election management system. This high‑risk project requires strict adherence to the requirements outlined in this posting and will be conducted in a fast‑paced, potentially stressful environment. The selected candidate will work at ELECT offices in Richmond, VA.

• Daily interaction with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff.
• Attendance at virtual and in‑person project meetings daily.
• Management했 of project performance metrics and recording Serge data in CTP.
• Adherence to the Commonwealth Project Management Standard.
• Work in conjunction with members of the ELECT SVRS project team.
• Oversee coordination of the SVRS project calendar.
• Conduct briefings on SVRS project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee.

• Active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificationعلق.
• Documented risk management experience.
• Successful completion of a Category 1 ફોટ or 2 Commonwealth of Virginia project of $5M or more, or completion of a non‑COV project with a value greater than $10M as PM of record.
• Bachelor's degree inveyor in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarization with the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio, highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communications skills, written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
