Job Description & How to Apply Below
Design and deliver secure, scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI while establishing strong governance and Dev Sec Ops practices. Lead CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, and observability frameworks to enable efficient, automated, and reliable application delivery. Partner with engineering and security teams to drive cloud modernization, optimize costs, and ensure enterprise‑grade performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI environments.
- Define and enforce cloud landing zones, including networking, identity & access management (IAM), logging, monitoring, and governance standards.
- Architect and standardize CI/CD pipelines for application delivery, infrastructure provisioning, and containerized workloads using modern Dev Ops tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM, or equivalent tools to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
- Design and manage container platforms and Kubernetes environments (EKS, AKS, GKE, OKE), including ingress, autoscaling, and multi-tenant strategies.
- Embed Dev Sec Ops practices into the software delivery lifecycle, including security scanning, secrets management, policy-as-code, and compliance automation.
- Establish observability and reliability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response aligned with SRE best practices.
- Lead cloud cost optimization and Fin Ops initiatives, including capacity planning, cost monitoring, and spend optimization strategies.
- Define cloud governance standards, reference architectures, and best practices to support enterprise adoption and scalability.
- Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to align cloud solutions with business and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design guidance to Dev Ops, platform, and engineering teams.
- Review architecture designs, code, and pipelines to ensure adherence to security, performance, and operational standards.
- Support cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and hybrid/multi-cloud integrations.
Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
3 years total professional experience in cloud architecture, Dev Ops, or infrastructure engineering.
Minimum years of experience must include the following:
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI): 3 years designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM): 1 year writing reusable templates and automating infrastructure provisioning.
- CI/CD & Dev Ops Tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops): 2 year building automated pipelines for application delivery and infrastructure updates.
- Containerization & Orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker): 1 year managing containerized workloads, scaling clusters, and configuring ingress controllers.
- Networking & IAM (cloud networking, identity & access management): 1 year implementing secure VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and role-based access policies.
- Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, cloud-native tools): 1 year setting up dashboards, alerts, and log aggregation for system reliability.
- Security & Compliance (Dev Sec Ops practices, policy-as-code, secrets management): 1 year embedding automated security scans and compliance checks into pipelines.
- Fin Ops & Cost Optimization: 1 year analyzing cloud spend, implementing cost controls, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Cloud Governance (landing zones, reference architectures): 1 year defining standards and enforcing enterprise cloud adoption frameworks.
- Collaboration (cross‑functional teams): 1 year working with developers, security engineers, and infrastructure teams to align solutions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: 1 year guiding junior engineers, reviewing designs, and providing technical direction.
- Architecture Review (designs, pipelines, code): 1 year conducting reviews to ensure compliance with performance, security, and operational standards.
- Cloud Migrations & Modernization: 1 year supporting lift‑and‑shift migrations, refactoring applications, and enabling hybrid/multi‑cloud integrations.
