  • Monitor fraud performance across the portfolio, proactively identifying shifts in risk patterns, approval rates, and operational volumes.
  • Investigate emerging fraud patterns and root causes, translating trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain fraud analytics infrastructure elements, including dashboards, automated reports and recurring monitoring pipelines.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit and lift analysis for new vendor data products and alternative risk signals.
  • Provide analytical support to Risk Operations partners.
  • Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in clear, compelling formats that drive informed decision‑making.
About You

  • Aptitude for learning new subject matter knowledge and technical tools.
  • Curiosity and persistence in investigating unexpected trends and anomalies.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence through data.
  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative intuition.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst at a financial institution or adjacent industry such as insurance, health tech.
  • Experience with analytical tooling such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experiment design.
