System Analyst 4 (Hybrid)

Richmond, Virginia

• Must have experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models.
• Prior experience with Azure Dev Ops and working with CICD Pipelines is helpful.
• Heavily involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Looking for someone with prior technical experience as a developer and prior experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments.
• Tools:
  Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, Talend, SQL Server, PL/SQL.
• Experience with Systems Analysis: 10 years.
• Strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes: 10 years.
• Requirements Gathering: 10 years.
• Experience with Software Development: 5 years.
• Experience with Database Design: 5 years.
• Experience with ETL Tools: 5 years.
• Experience with Designing Solutions based on Requirements: 5 years.
• SQL, PLSQL: 10 years.
• Assigning Work to Technical Team and Tracking: 5 years.
• Use of Agile Board: 5 years.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline Concepts: 3 years.
• Mongo

• Oracle DB: 5 years.
• Interfaces and Extracts: 5 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: 15 years.
