Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience with IBM File Net P8 5.2 and Content Navigator.
• Excellent hands-on experience on IBM Case Manager Installations and Administration skills.
• Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains, and enhances project requirements.
• Excellent software demonstration skills with critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Experience with IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap, and IBM Content Navigator is a plus.
• Experience with other enterprise content management applications like SharePoint, Documentum, Opentext, IBM Filenet.
• Has experience in Tool evaluation and recommendation in ECM space.
• Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win situations.
• Should have experience working with Global teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
