Our Richmond office is currently looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our growing firm. What you’ll be doing :- Stage, image, deploy and manage desktop/laptop hardware and software using/managing client orchestration tools
- Create and maintain OS images, software deployment packages, licensing, and system documentation
- Provide first‑level desktop support, troubleshooting, training, and backup help desk coverage
- Enforce IT policies, security standards, and software licensing compliance on all systems
- Manage phone systems, printers, plotters, copiers, and vendor maintenance relationships
- Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, device management, upgrades, and shared resources
- Build strong internal client relationships and support the BIM Manager/Director as needed
- Associate’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of IT support experience, including helpdesk, desktop hardware/software, and troubleshooting
- 3–5 years supporting Windows desktop environments and end‑user systems
- 1–2 years of telecommunications experience, including phone systems and VoIP
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ and CCNA preferred
- Working knowledge of Ethernet networking and TCP/IP
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting networks, routers, and switches
