Our Richmond office is currently looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our growing firm. We’re seeking a customer service‑oriented individual who is passionate about helping others to provide first level support and assistance to users. Sound interesting? Let’s talk!

• Stage, image, deploy and manage desktop/laptop hardware and software using/managing client orchestration tools
• Create and maintain OS images, software deployment packages, licensing, and system documentation
• Provide first‑level desktop support, troubleshooting, training, and backup help desk coverage
• Enforce IT policies, security standards, and software licensing compliance on all systems
• Manage phone systems, printers, plotters, copiers, and vendor maintenance relationships
• Coordinate user onboarding/offboarding, device management, upgrades, and shared resources
• Build strong internal client relationships and support the BIM Manager/Director as needed

• Associate’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including helpdesk, desktop hardware/software, and troubleshooting
• 3–5 years supporting Windows desktop environments and end‑user systems
• 1–2 years of telecommunications experience, including phone systems and VoIP
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ and CCNA preferred
• Working knowledge of Ethernet networking and TCP/IP
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting networks, routers, and switches
