Enterprise Architect

This role supports a leading organization within the insurance and financial services space that is investing heavily in modernizing its technology platforms. The Enterprise Architecture team plays a critical role in shaping how cloud, infrastructure, and application technologies are adopted to support long-term business strategy, regulatory requirements, and exceptional customer experiences. • Define and maintain enterprise cloud and application architecture standards
• Lead design of scalable, secure, highly available cloud platforms
• Partner with application, data, infrastructure, and security teams
• Develop reference architectures and reusable delivery patterns
• Influence enterprise IT strategy, roadmaps, and investment planning
• Mentor architects and senior engineers across multiple teams

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead or Enterprise Architect
• Proven leadership in AWS‑based cloud architectures (Azure experience a plus)
• Strong background in enterprise application and systems integration
• Insurance industry experience, ideally Life or Long‑Term Care
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
