System Analyst 3 / SQL Server Programmer Developer

LOCAL Candidates

ON-SITE interview: Candidates MUST agree to ONSITE interviews. No exceptions. Might do a phone screen filter if applicant count is high.

Candidates will be required to come onsite sometimes for project plans meetings etc. NO exceptions

Works as part of the Virginia Department of Health Office of Information Management (VDH) to develop and maintain applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance core applications.
Write and maintain SQL scripts for database design and development.
Collaborate on project plans and meetings onsite.

Required Skills

C#/.NET – 5 years experience
HTML, jQuery, JavaScript – 5 years experience
Web design and development
SQL Server database design/development – 5 years experience
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

Git Lab and Dev Sec Ops – 1 year
Agile development methodology – 2 years
M3NA knowledge – Azure Cloud, Power Platform

Key Skills
: SQL, System Design, .NET, Crystal Reports, EDI, Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, Visio, Visual Basic, SDLC, Systems Analysis, Oracle.
