- 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality/UAT, or data governance within a regulated or complex enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle) for data profiling and validation
- Hands-on experience with data integration/ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS) and workflow automation (Alteryx)
- Experience working with AWS, Snowflake, and data pipeline transformations
- Familiarity with Python for data transformation and quality checks
- Ability to develop and QA reports/dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
