Title:
TAX IRMS Sr Power Builder Developer
Location:600 E Main Street, Richmond, VA (Hybrid 3–4 days onsite per week)
Project:Project Lighthouse (IRMS legacy support & Gen Tax interface development)
Duration:Contract
Role Overview :The selected candidate will provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the IRMS legacy tax system
, and assist with designing and developing interfaces between Gen Tax and IRMS during the system modernization period.
- Maintain and enhance Power Builder applications supporting IRMS
- Analyze legacy code and implement fixes/enhancements
- Develop and support Gen Tax IRMS system interfaces
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in design, architecture, and requirement review sessions
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong experience developing and supporting Power Builder applications
- Experience with legacy system maintenance and enhancement
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑based Agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tax processing or revenue management systems
- IRMS system knowledge or related functional experience
