** Test Lead
** to join our team based at our Support Centre in Richmond, Victoria. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology outcomes across large-scale initiatives, while also supporting ongoing BAU releases. Reporting to the Technology Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of MECCA’s testing strategy and execution across complex enterprise programs. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance strategic direction with practical delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
** The Role You Could Play
** Champion quality assurance practices and embed consistent, fit-for-purpose testing frameworks To succeed in this role, you will be a seasoned testing professional with strong leadership capability and a delivery mindset. You will bring: 7+ years’ experience in QA/testing, including leadership of testing streams within large-scale enterprise programs Proven experience defining and delivering end-to-end test strategies across complex environments Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and frameworks, including automated and manual testing
Experience working across system, integration, UAT and regression testing Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
