Role description
UST is seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to design, build, and support modern cloud-based platforms as part of our on-prem to cloud transformation. The role involves driving CI/CD automation, supporting microservices architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable continuous delivery in AWS/Azure environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications
Manage containerized platforms using Docker, Kubernetes/Open Shift
Support provisioning, deployment, and operations of public/private/hybrid cloud infrastructure
Automate deployments using scripts and Dev Ops tools
Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to implement Dev Ops best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues
8+ years of hands-on Dev Ops experience
Strong experience with AWS or Azure (cloud migration is a plus)
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Terraform, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/Open Shift, and microservices
Scripting experience (Shell, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
