We are currently seeking an accomplished Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team, supporting our multiple software products and brands such as Lender, CoStar Suites, Loop Net, , , and Ten-X. This position is located in Richmond, VA, with a work schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

- Passionate about automating and leveraging Dev Ops principles, striving for operational excellence within infrastructure-as-code mentality.
- Experienced in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) using the latest Dev Ops tools and methods.
- Proactive, with a go-getter attitude, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Comfortable in development and operations roles.
- Enthusiastic about learning new tools, platforms, and languages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within IT and business teams.
- A critical thinker with good problem-solving and time management skills, capable of multi-tasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, with an ability to motivate team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Proven commitment to previous employers.
- 6+ years' experience managing high-traffic web sites with a focus on scalable architecture.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of application load balancing technologies like F5 LTMs, including VIP management and SSL offloading.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools for APM, system vitals, and synthetic testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Bash, Ruby, Groovy.
- Experience with SQL or No
SQL databases. - Knowledge of CDN configuration for performance caching and traffic management.
- Understanding of network components in large infrastructure, including systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, and multi-datacenter setups.
- Programming skills in Java, C#, Python, NodeJS, or Rust.
- Experience with serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with PCI compliance and remediation.
- Mobile app support for iOS and Android.
- Experience in REST API or microservices development.
- Agile methodologies experience with short sprint cycles.
