Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Registration Authority (RA) with a Top Secret (TS) clearance to join our team in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA. This role supports a Department of Defense (DoD) client by managing secure identity, credential, and access processes to protect sensitive and classified systems. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Access and Identity Management, following all relevant IA policies, procedures, and DoD guidelines.

• Perform Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for secure DoD information systems.
• Issue, revoke, and recover SIPR and NIPR credentials for users, Trusted Agents (TAs), administrators, and Local Registration Authorities (LRAs).
• Assist in implementing DoD identity, credential, and access management services per DoD policies and procedures.
• Manage and train Trusted Agents worldwide, ensuring compliance with DoD Instruction 8520.03 regarding access management through identity authentication.
• Use Service Now and Outlook to track and maintain accountability for PKI tokens and server certificates.
• Monitor RA operations for compliance with DISA audit requirements, aligning with PKI Certification and Registration Practice Statements.
• Maintain logs, CRI files, databases, and documentation for PKI audit readiness.
• Develop protocols for key recovery in line with CPS and RPS standards as required by DISA.

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years as a Registration Authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Certifications:
  
  DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+), and Category IAT Level II.

• Strong knowledge of DoD Instruction 8520.03 for identity authentication and access management.
• Experience with Service Now for compliance tracking.
• Skilled in documentation for PKI audits.
• Ability to train and manage a global network of Trusted Agents.
