The Opportunity

SGF is seeking a Virginia‑based Implementation Specialist to support the delivery, optimization, and ongoing performance of ELEVATE, a HIPAA‑compliant, three‑part online prevention education program serving professionals, youth, and families.
This role is ideal for a systems‑oriented, detail‑driven professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure digital learning platforms function smoothly, users have a strong experience, and implementation efforts are well‑coordinated and data‑informed.
You will serve as a key partner to the Program Manager by managing backend systems, supporting client onboarding and implementation, maintaining learning infrastructure, and continuously improving the user experience across platforms—particularly Brain Cert.
What You’ll Do Platform, UX & Systems Management- Manage and maintain the Brain Cert learning management system, ensuring courses are organized, accessible, HIPAA‑compliant, and functioning as intended.
- Support user experience (UX) improvements across the LMS, including navigation, course flow, accessibility, and learner support materials.
- Build, test, and maintain automations and workflows related to enrollment, onboarding, certificates, reporting, and communications where applicable.
- Provide technical assistance to users and partners related to access, navigation, and system troubleshooting.
- Support integration and coordination across platforms (e.g., Brain Cert, , Google Workspace, Canva, H5P).
- Support the development and execution of detailed implementation plans aligned with partnership agreements.
- Execute client onboarding processes, ensuring partners receive timely access, guidance, and resources.
- Assist with training setup and support, including backend preparation, materials coordination, and follow‑up.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for implementation‑related questions and issue resolution.
- Support curriculum organization, formatting, and alignment within Brain Cert and related systems.
- Assist with the development and updating of digital learning content using Brain Cert, H5P, and Canva.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, instructional structure, and delivery standards across courses and audiences.
- Monitor online program execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and readiness for learners.
- Collect, organize, and maintain implementation and engagement data across systems.
