Business Analyst evaluates user request for new or modified products. Analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.

5+ years working experience in the following areas:

• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.
• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs.
• Translate system and business requirements into epics, features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Write UAT test scripts and be proficient in UAT testing.
• Identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
• Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, Confluence and BI Tools.
• Analytical and use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.

• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects.
