RoleSummary
Our Junior Salesforce Administrator brings value to the business by automating complex processes, maintaining a clean and efficient system, and monitoring new releases. You will be the subject‑matter expert for Salesforce at Capital Square, ensuring users maximize the platform’s capabilities. This role does not support visa sponsorship or outside recruiting firms.
Primary Responsibilities- Oversee daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Identify opportunities and recommend application optimization, integration, redesign, or development.
- Make Salesforce easy for users of all technical levels.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solution design and architecture.
- Champion Salesforce usage to improve user experience and drive adoption.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
- Establish best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- Manage the software testing process, including test plans, test cases, and testing environments.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Developer.
- 1–3 + years of Salesforce experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
