Job Summary:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the migration requirement and plan migration.

Develop and own the migration strategy for the platform (Macess), documents, metadata, configurations from on-premises server to the cloud.

Design the right size of system resources required for the migration.

Coordinate with the stakeholders to conduct smoke testing to validate the migration accuracy.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Skills Required:

Prior experience in document management system migration, preferably Macess.

Experience in healthcare industry and security requirements (HIPAA, PHI/PII, least privilege access) will be a plus.

Hands-on experience in Azure services.

Experience in scripting and automation.

Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (working with a global team).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
