Program​/Project Manager - II

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate medium to high-complexity IT projects and programs.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and agile methodologies and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

• Analyze project proposals to determine time frames, funding limitations, and appropriate processes.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish work plans and staffing for project activities, releases, and iterations.
• Implement project communication plans and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project activities to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Create and distribute status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Champion project and program management processes and best practices.
• Lead regular interactions with executive sponsors to maintain alignment and shared vision.
• Establish program governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies.
• Develop and control program budgets and manage expenditures within agreed plans.
• Ensure availability of required skills and competencies across project teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder mapping, communication, and reporting.
• Monitor and resolve dependencies and conflicts across projects within the program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of IT work experience, including:
• At least 2 years in a project coordination role.
• 3+ years of business unit or BU-facing experience.
• Experience managing projects involving one or more technology or functional domains.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
• Ability to blend traditional project management principles with agile development approaches.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide programs and interacting with executives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.

• PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent (preferred).
