• Design, build, and enhance Power Apps solutions, including converting Model‑Driven apps to Canvas apps with improved UX and responsive layouts.
• Develop and support Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse components, including schema design, security roles, and web forms/lists.
• Create and optimize Power Automate flows with robust logic, integration, and error handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine processes, and deliver scalable, user‑focused solutions.
• Implement governance best practices, including DLP policies, environment strategy, role‑based access, and cost‑efficient architecture.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Document configurations, workflows, and release processes, while supporting collaboration with the internal Power Platform team.

• Canvas Apps (3 years) – App design & UX, custom connectors, responsive layouts, delegation handling
• Model‑Driven Apps (3 years) – Dataverse schema design, business rules, command bar customization, security roles
• Power Pages / Portals (2 years) – Web roles & permissions, Liquid templates, web forms & lists, authentication (AAD/external)
• Power Automate (3 years) – Cloud flows, approvals, error handling, integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook
• Dataverse (3 years) – Table relationships, business rules, dataflows, security model
• Security & Governance (2 years) – DLP policies, environment strategy, role‑based access
• Licensing & Cost Optimization (1 year) – Understanding of licensing tiers, designing cost‑effective architectures
• Power BI (2 years) – Embedding in Power Apps, data modeling, basic DAX (highly desired/nice to have)
• Soft Skills (5 years) – Agile/Scrum familiarity, requirements gathering, strong stakeholder communication (highly desired/nice to have)

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Salary: $110‑115k per annum with benefits
