Scrum Master - II

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 4–6 years of Agile coaching or Scrum Master experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban, and experience implementing these techniques across diverse environments.

This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement to help teams achieve sprint and release goals.

• Implement Agile techniques in projects of varying size and complexity.
• Coach new and existing teams on Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Support teams in meeting sprint and release goals while maturing in Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile processes with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Agile Craft, Version One, or TFS for project tracking.
• Promote continuous testing, integration, and delivery practices.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum roles, ceremonies, and Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Agile Craft, Version One, TFS).
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.

• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC), or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC).
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe).
