. This position supports our Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract within the Public Sector, based in Chantilly, VA.

LocationPlace of Performance: Chantilly, VA
RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate and consult in architecture, design, development, implementation of integrations, and configuration of Service Now and SharePoint platforms.
- Collaborate with various teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in strategic project planning to improve operational efficiency across the MSP.
- Test end‑to‑end solutions, including unit, functional, and regression testing.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members, perform code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems.
- Provide guidance and direction on production issues.
- Create and update technical/configuration documentation.
- Perform platform upgrades.
- Active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance with CI Poly.
- Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP, or equivalent certification to meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, software development, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of software development experience, including Service Now and SharePoint (or 14+ years without a technical degree).
- Experience with Service Now products: ITSM, CMDB, PPM, FSM, CSM, and integrations with external systems.
- Experience with Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Ability to configure workflows and create/maintain portal experience.
- Experience with Service Now patch and major version upgrades.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint development, scripting and automation.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment with evolving requirements.
- Prior experience working with federal government agencies or contracts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 annually
. Actual salary will be based on shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
