Systems Analyst; NetSuite

Our Client, a manufacturing company in Richmond, is looking for a hands‑on IT & Net Suite Systems Analyst to support their users, systems, and ERP platform on‑site. This is a great fit for someone who has done a bit of everything in IT, including helpdesk, system administration, and software troubleshooting, and is ready to take ownership of a modern, cloud‑based ERP environment.

This person will be the in‑house go‑to for both IT support and Net Suite questions. You’ll keep the tech side of the shop running smoothly, help users with system issues, support new rollouts, and make sure Net Suite and other business systems stay aligned with day‑to‑day operations.

• Providing on‑site IT support: user setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, network connectivity, email, permissions, etc.
• Administering and supporting Net Suite (user accounts, roles, saved searches, forms, simple workflows)
• Supporting shop floor and operations systems that integrate with Net Suite
• Documenting system processes, login/access procedures, and issue resolutions
• Helping the team get the most out of Net Suite through reporting, basic customization, and user training
• Partnering with Finance and Operations to understand system issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
