The Corporate Trainer position reports through the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office supporting the user community. The primary product suite includes AMS
360, Image Right, and Benefit Point. The ideal candidate will need extensive experience using and training AMS
360 and should be considered a Power User of the platform.

• Develop curriculum to train associates on use of agency management systems, workflows, and processes.
• Conversion training for acquired agencies adopting our standard platform.
• Conduct New Hire, Ad Hoc, and follow-up training requests.
• Work with users on "how to" questions, in conjunction with the User Support Team.
• Design documentation and delivery of training materials including job aids, presentations, web/SharePoint sites, videos, quick reference guides, and more.
• Target training to meet user needs and conform to corporate goals and best practices.
• Develop and implement communication and change management plans/activities.
• Evaluate, recommend, and assist in developing tools and performance measures to facilitate ongoing performance and business process improvements.
• Analyze training programs to improve learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance.
• Require experience within the Insurance Agency space, specifically training in Vertafore suite of tools.
• Support data integrity, technology, innovation, and staff development as requested.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree desirable.
• Certification:
  Not specified.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with prior agency setting experience required.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple high-priority projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Vertafore products, including AMS
  360, Image Right/Worksmart, and Benefit Point.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
